About Daniel

Daniel Tercero is a dedicated and compassionate attorney who brings a global perspective and a deep commitment to client advocacy. A graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, Daniel earned his Juris Doctor in May 2022. Following graduation, he successfully passed the Louisiana Bar Exam in February 2023 and was admitted to practice law in May 2023. Originally from Honduras, Daniel moved to the United States in 2008 and proudly became a U.S. citizen in 2020. His background gives him unique insight and empathy when guiding clients through complex legal challenges, particularly those facing language or cultural barriers. Fluent in Spanish, Daniel offers bilingual legal services to better serve Louisiana’s diverse communities. Outside the office, Daniel enjoys giving back to his church community, often playing the drums during services. Daniel is passionate about providing clear, thoughtful, and effective representation to every client he serves.
